Snow Days

Katherine has had lots of special attention this month...she's gotten so much big sister swag, it's mind-boggling! She has also had lots of snowy adventures, including an afternoon with Uncle Mike. This picture goes to show how different bachelor uncles are from moms when they play in the snow with little kids. These two went out and Mike buried Katherine within the first five minutes they were outside...I was sure she'd be right back in, complaining of being cold, but I was wrong. They had tons of fun - the look on her face says it all!
John's also spent a little time outside. Grandpa and I suited him up in his little bear suit (from Grandma Marge) and this cute hat (from my friend Mary Ann) and took him out for a quick walk through the neighborhood. Just like Katherine did at the same age, John slept the whole time, snuggled in the Bjorn.
