We went to Caesar Creek State Park this weekend to go fossil hunting. Katherine loved being at the spillway - lots of room to run around and tons of rocks to pick up and investigate. It still amazes me to go on walks where there is no Kelty carrier, shoulder riding, etc. Katherine just runs around on her own and is pretty much able to keep up with us (excluding the hundreds of little sidetrips to explore every pebble, plant, bug, etc. we pass).
